3 years ago it worked swimmingly .. they asked me to fax in my VAT
number and my account was set up to not charge any VAT.
1 year ago (and still an ongoing dispute surrounding VAT, GLS losing
the delivery, and CC chargebacks) they asked the same but still
charged the VAT, even though the account showed 0 VAT.
