Unfortunately, that's for _Usenet_, not e-mail. Mail-Followup-To
applies to mail semantics analogous to what Followup-To applies to netnews.
It's pretty silly to eschew Mail-Followup-To in your MUA just because it
hasn't been IETF-blessed, when it's the only solution that works, and
when it works quite well. (Remember "rough consensus and running code"?)
Oh well; you lose.
