[ILUG] append one pdf to another ?

Hi folks,
I've been googling for a command line util to append 2 pdfs together, 
but cannot find one (suitable).
I have 2 pdfs, one which is created by a script, using ps2pdf, the other 
a std one i created in OO.

Any easy command line way to do this, as I need to include it in my 
script, rather than send 2 separate pdf 's

The "main" pdf can be any number of pages, usually 1, but sometimes 3 or 
4 pages, and the std is a fixed one-page of terms & conditions.

Any suggestions ?
