Bad mailling list (and this list doesnt) - but it doesnt affect "i 
dont want two copies" Reply-To setting people.

Most likely why it isnt!

But that would be backwards compatible at least. Another way would be 
to add a status header to indicate whether the person you're replying 
to is using a Mail-Followup-To aware MUA and intended to leave out 
the header (in which case list-reply -> list), or whether they are 
using a non-aware MUA, in which case old conventions should be 
followed.
