[ILUG] compsci challenges

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a mailing list/ resource where one can post a
computer science problem, and get some feedback / ideas / algorithms on
how one would code a solution ?
Don't care if the solutions come back as perl, c, java or pseudo code,
more interested in the process than the code. (more interested, not
only)

Like the problems in 'programming pearls'....

Justin.
