I just went to the site with mozilla's option for images turned off. I
generally use this to speed up internet access(on dial-up) I was a
while trying to figure out what I was supposed to agree to, when I saw
their "I agree" link, before I remembered that Conor said it was in a
JPEG. It is certainly misleading if nothing else, and under Irish law
could be a violation of the Consumer Information Act(If I remember my
LC Business course material correctly), assuming it was deliberate -
and it's pretty damn obvious that it is deliberate, given that they
obfuscate it in a JPEG.
Anyway I downloaded it before re-enabling images in mozilla, and then
went back to see it again.
Perhaps a quick note to the authors of class.phpmailer.php, and
class.smtp.php, may be more in order than a note to the fsf. Any idea
how to contact them without mailing the users list?
