Closer to 1 month, and still falling. We did have a problem throughout
2003 of not enough recruiting and HR staff in Ireland to keep the
pipeline full, but that's long since been rectified. 4-6 weeks strikes
me as not at all unusual or unreasonable for a recruitment process this
thorough.
