As a follow up, I'm still not sure why glibc's NLS
database doesn't populate all the "Language-native name" fields
but there are 2 other NLS databases that do have this info:

1. Microsoft's can be browsed at:

2. icu's (openi18n/java/mozilla/...) can be browsed at:
    http://oss.software.ibm.com/cgi-bin/icu/lx

Use ':X' to encrypt your file. Enter a blank
password to save a decrypted copy again.
