I usually use archmbox (http://adc-archmbox.sourceforge.net/). With
something like:
archmbox -a -x Sender='foobar at foobar' -o -1 ~/Mail/mbox -p
~/Mail/foobar_list.
So this moves all ("-o -1") the messages which have the sender
header as "foobar at foobar" from ~/Mail/mbox and puts it to
~/Mail/foobar_list.
