Hi Guys,
I work with an organisation that is ripe for migration to linux. 160
staff sharing 80 computers to type reports. There are about 8
computers in the organisation that would need to remain on windows for
accounting applications etc, but openoffice would more than suffice
for the needs of the rest.
Another 25 computers have, and use (not on a daily basis), MS
Publisher for doing leaflets etc. Is there a linux equivalent either
opensource or proprietary (but preferably opensource) that can handle
the publisher file format and do the same job?
A proposition based on migrating 90% is viable while moving 58% isn't
(for operational reasons).
Lisa.
