[ILUG] Apache 1.3 and Tomcat 5

[ILUG] Apache 1.3 and Tomcat 5

So,

I ran into a stupid bug on Tomcat 4 and had to upgrade to Tomcat 5.
Tomcat 5 seems to be even worse than Tomcat 4. Now I no longer have a
default "status" page when I start up tomcat, and I don't even know how to
get it to generate a mod_jk.conf file for Apache that I can include into
httpd.conf

Has anyone tried integrating Apache 1.3 and Tomcat 5? Anyone have some
sample config files (like server.xml and workers.properties, etc.) that I
can look at?

I have to say that I'm incredibly disappointed, this first time out, with
the way that tomcat and apache integrate, or don't, You would think that
software that comes from the same project team would play better together.

Thanks,

Braun Brelin
