Is there a reason that spamassassin invoked via .procmailrc and
spamassassin invoked at the command line should process mails
differently?
I've checked that the same spamassassin is being executed, and that
both modes read my ~/.spamassassin files.
.procmailrc has:

>LOGFILE=$MAILDIR/from

>| /usr/bin/spamassassin -c /usr/share/spamassassin

>/usr/bin/spamassassin
Similar but not identical spamtests are triggered.
