[ILUG] OpenLDAP issue

[ILUG] OpenLDAP issue

Hello, if anyone has seen this, i would be thankful to help me resolve
this. We seem to have an indexing issue on the ldap server (running
Debian/sid).

>From the logs i am getting :
slapd[1578]: daemon: read activity on 23
slapd[1593]: <= bdb_equality_candidates: (uid) index_param failed (18)
slapd[1578]: daemon: select: listen=6 active_threads=1 tvp=NULL
slapd[1578]: daemon: select: listen=7 active_threads=1 tvp=NULL
slapd[1578]: daemon: select: listen=8 active_threads=1 tvp=NULL
slapd[1578]: daemon: select: listen=9 active_threads=1 tvp=NULL

It seems that error has been filling the debug in /var/log for quite some time.

The server itself works as expected, user login/pass works, querying
the db also although the db locked hard about an hour ago and i had to
do a nasty db4.2_recover to get it back in (semi) clean state.

Has anyone seen this and more importantly know how to fix it ?

Thanks in advance,
Steph
