Sorry that my first post in a while is OT, but I've got a pain in the =
ass with this.
I have a SparcStation5 on my desk... About a month ago I installed =
NetBSD on it for a temporary Snort box.
Yesterday evening, I went to install Solaris 9 on it and it boots off =
the CD starts the installation and then when it trys to create the swap =
partition fails with:
Format of Disk c0t0d0 failed.
Format of Disk c0t0d0 failed.
No disk slices exist that are large enough to hold the
Solaris installation software.
Now, the disk seems fine, so anyone have any bright ideas?
Cheers,
ojc
