Okay from your error messages it seems like there is a problem with
your 'suse_loadmodule.conf'. I don't use SUSE, but I'd assume that it
is an apache config file(given the directory it is in. Have you edited
this file manually? If it is short, could you post it here, so we can
examine it and see the problem around line 8.

It looks like your modphp4.so isn't linked properly. Did you install
it from RPM's?
