Not in my man pages
    -w [lang], --language[=lang]
   
luggage:~> enscript --version
GNU enscript 1.6.4

Matter of fact, my enscript ( enscript --help ) says
-w, --language=LANG        set output language to LANG
-W, --options=APP,OPTION   pass option OPTION to helper application APP

So - I think I'll stick with my suggestion of '-w' :-)
