Perl, not PHP, but best I've found. It's very simple to operate - you
upload your raw JPEG's and it generates on the fly thumbnails and many
different resolutions for display. Hierarchy of directories is
maintained and displayed on the server.
It can extract JPEG comments and EXIF data, displaying them below the
images, so you can show your comment, time photo was taken, flash used etc.
