Well I actually believe in democracy, and as much as I dislike it, if
the majority of the membership who turn up want subscriber-post only -
well that's what should be endorsed. But also, tabling a "real" motion
is more effective, because it means it's rejection is a more meaningful
mandate - the membership would actually have had the chance to reverse
the policy.
