For the usb2 I found http://justiceforall.free.fr/pvrusb2.html
For the non usb2 PVR there is http://pvrusb.sourceforge.net/
And finally for the Non PVR there's http://usbvision.sourceforge.net/
Assuming it's a WinTV USB (not the PVR) I'd have expected to see
usbvision in your lsmod ...
