A link and a quick synopsis would have done the job admirably ... and is
probably about as much reading as it got anyway (did anyone read past
the first paragraph ... given it's been on Groklaw, /. and a million
other sites already (before SillyCon Vale even awoke !).
Anyway ... in the absense of a clear copyright notice on those, and / or
permission to post / archive, please post only a synopsis and link.
