Hi I'm going to tryout debian.

Which release should I use?  I've got ADSL, and want to install a 
workstation type installation, which method is best to use?

Which apt-get sources should I use ?

The hardware all worked with RD8+ and was picked up by its installation 
program. Anything I should look out for?
