That would be the one alright :)
But there is a wee hole where I plan on placing the box. This would be
perfect as there is always an out draft from it. Anyway, its gotta be
better than:

1. The wife going mental from the fans & PSU's (Proliants can be loud)
2. Number 1 again, its worth repeating. :)

On the down side, I will have no more *free* heating of the utility room,
which means no heating in the downstairs toilet :)
