[ILUG] proxy, computer management, content filtering in schools

Ok I am in the middle of setting up box at the moment for a school
basically it has to do content filtering, management of rooms (ie
switch the net off in a particular room when staff are not present,
and for staff to do be able to do it themselves)

So far I have installed
apache, webmin, squid, dansguardian all no bother, but I am at a bit
of a stumbling block when it comes to the management of rooms. Am just
wondering has anyone any suggestions on any particular program that
can do it, must be user friendly with a web interface (ie teachers
need to be able to do it)
