[ILUG] HP Web Jetadmin on RHEL?

[ILUG] HP Web Jetadmin on RHEL?

Has anyone got this configuration to work? I seem unable to set up printer
queues. The print queue management page lists one print server it discovered,
 but that's not the one I want to use - it's a RH9 box.

When I ask it to "Find Host" the machine I want to use, namely the RHEL3
box this webjetadmin runs on, I am asked for a root passsword

Print Server: rhel3box
Access Level: root
User Name:
Password:

Entering root and the appropriate password, then clicking ok has the effect
that the password field gets cleared. The logs on rhel3box show a
connection via in.rexecd, and obviously a correctly authenticated session
(as I can test with a wrong password).

Sep 9 15:11:28 rhel3box in.rexecd[9528]: connect from rhel3box

Any ideas how to proceed? I am aware that technically, Web Jetadmin is
available for RedHat 9 (and SuSE 9) only.
