sorry I got it hard to parse that.
Hopefully this anwsers your question.

Currently from the kernel scheduler's point of view

process = thread
real CPU = virtual CPU

There are scheduler patches floating around
to treat virtual CPUs specially.

To setup terminal application foreground colours
appropriate for a dark background:

ls
     cp /etc/DIR_COLORS ~/.dircolors
vim
     echo "set background=dark" >> ~/.vimrc

Note to change colours for linux virtual terminals
     setterm -background white -foreground black -store
