I remember having to deal with an exchange server last year that got
owned and was used being used to spam the planet. over 50GB was chewed
up in the mail queue. Had tell the customer to open a command prompt
and change into the relevent directory and do a del *.*, I was given a
reply of 'whats a command prompt?' and 'Cant I use explorer?' , he
tried using windows explorer and the box fell over and died. They are
now running Postfix :)
