Not me :/ Using Debian testing as my environment. I managed to get the
XPI installed by using wget and then a file:// url. Now I have a mozex
option when I right-click in places, but most of the options are
greyed out. I don't get any mozex options in the preferences dialog,
and mozex doesn't show up as an extension in the extensions dialog. 
Wierd :/
