[ILUG] suggestions on a USB<->Bluetooth dongle?

anyone have any suggestions on a USB↔bluetooth dongle?
e.g., particularly good units, or units to avoid, or even
just sage advice (or useful sites?).

a few searches using google™ suggest these things just tend
to work (on Linux, if the `bluez' et.al. s/w is installed,
and with my distro (SUSE 9.1, kernel 2.6)). when there
are problems, it _seems_ to usually be the other end?

ATM, I am mostly just interested/curious what I can do with
my mobile (yes, I broke down and got one, mostly 'cuz I'm
looking for a new job (see my .sig, below)): Motorola v600.
more google searches suggest that endpoint is a minor but
 not an insurmountable/unsolved issue.

cheers!
