You can check, basically for the cost of one RPM command. But it seems
you'd rather not.
I'll give you about 10:1 odds that the SUSE Linux 9.3 Professional
Edition CD sets are still not lawfully redistributable, for exactly the
reasons I cited. And "rights granted to you by SUSE" are entirely
irrelevant to the question, for self-evident reasons alluded to
previously.
