iso-8859-15 should do what you want. All the characters above rendered
fine for me here on mutt 1.5.9i and charset iso-8859-15. It does depend
on the charset of the receiver though, I think. For instance, most of
the utf-8 stuff sent to this list doesn't render properly for me.
