Hi,

I am looking for experienced, bright people with skills in LAMP,
ISP-type Systems and VoIP technologies. Either contract or full time
will be considered. Time-scale is immediate.

Please only reply to me if you really, really know what you are doing. I
am looking for a core team of highly skilled and motivated people who
can manage projects on their own.

LAMP
====
Experienced LAMP developers who know some or all of the following
inside-out and can hit the ground running. You need to be able to define
the project spec, create the development plan and execute it.

Linux/Apache/MySQL(& Postgres)/PHP
Smarty Templating
SOAP/XMLRPC
PHP LDAP
Distributed development


System/Network Admin/Developers
===============================
Experienced, ISP-grade systems people who are capable of designing,
building and managing a large-scale IP infrastructure from  start to finish.

Need to know:

Linux
Mail Systems (Postfix/CourierIMAP,etc)
DNS
Radius
LDAP / MySQL / Postfix
Cisco / Foundry
IP Security
ISP Server architectures

VoIP/Asterisk
=============
Also looking for systems/developer people with experience and in-depth
knowledge of VoIP technologies including: SER, SIP, Asterisk
