Your spamassassin is not at fault here, it is just getting (once
again) outdated by new spam techniques. You just need to add more than
one tool to check your messages.
One which is getting quite popular is dspam (written in C so it scales
nicely on big production servers), it might be overkill for your
laptop alone though since it requires a database.
