binge drinking ... always found that amusing ... especially the 
statistics... on how often/how many people do it ...
A drinking binge is 5 drinks or more (possibly 4 ..airing on side of 
caution however).
So - heading to pub for 5 drinks is counted as drinking binge ?

In that case, it could be said ILUG supports/endorses drinking binges by 
going to the pub for a few pints at times :)
