Since Colm is quite possibly on an elephant's back as I type, I'll
answer this. What's probably hitting you is our implementation of
greylisting on dagda. This should delay the first email you send from a
particular server and a particular address by a period which depends on
your local server (not dagda). However, in the interests of keeping the
database size down, old entries get purged after a period of time (30
days by default IIRC) so if you only post very 31 days, or if you
alternate mail servers, you will see those greylist induced delays.
