Parts of it don't work here (Firefox 1.0.5), but they only seem to be
the most relevant, informative parts so that's OK.
In fairness, it does list IE as a /requirement/ to access it on their
FAQ page:

So there you go... Only Windows users get to go to eCollege.
(There are ways to run IE under wine but it's not pretty.)
