	I may be way off track, but it looks like your spam is in mbox format.
Are you supplying the appropriate switch to SA to tell it that you want
it to learn from 16,000 messages - rather than try and load the entire
mbox file into memory and learn from it as 1, humungous message?

	I think --mbox might be the switch (man page should help)

	If this isn't the problem I'm afraid I don't know enough about SA to help.
