[ILUG] BTW Xwindows seems to have issue with MSI Nvidia 6800 graphics card.

Ya I got rid of the MSI Gforce 6800 and now use an FX5200. works well so far

However when using the Gforce 6800 in this box I tried to install
Suse, Mandrake, Knoppix, Ubuntu for AMD64, Ubuntu for i386..
All I got for a GUI was a nice coloured background and a mouse. 

It is just for your information. 
I'll figure out how to get it going another day.
