no - I was using the box as a mailbox for a small company. the most
noticeable speed problem was in disk IO, so I guess the speed of the CPU
had little to do with it.
that said - there are many tiny distros available - check out
back-issues of Linux Format, for instance - every second issue has one
or more micro-installations on the coverdisc
