Europlex, the company I work with is currently recruiting for another
Embedded C person.

There is a possibility, a likelihood even, of products being produced
based on the Linux Kernel, as well as on other propiatery operating
environments or OS-less designs, depending on what's required to meet
design goals.

Really, what is needed is somebody smart, talented and hard working.

Embedded Software Design Engineer


Europlex Technologies designs and develops advanced security, access
control,
building management and video systems for world markets. The continuing
strong
investment in R&D has created a multi-skilled development group with an
excellent track record in new product development.  Customer demands are
requiring the seamless integration of our products & technologies into their
corporate networks and IT platforms.

We are urgently seeking an Embedded Software Design Engineer to add to our
highly motivated team in the development of our range of next generation
products.

The following skills are essential (Only candidates with these skills
will be
considered):

	Degree in computer science or related discipline.
	5+ years post graduate experience in microprocessor embedded software
development.
	Proven specialist programming skills in the C language.
	Experience with communication protocols, TCP/IP, RS232, RS485 etc.

The following skills are desirable:

	Knowledge of Security, Access Control, Video or Building automation.
