[ILUG] [OT] software licenses and replacement cds

Hi,

Maybe someone can tell me what a company in Ireland is required by
law to do regarding software licenses. Do they have to supply a
replacement install disk if the original is damaged? 

Basically my problem is that that the company I work for bought some
call accounting software to the tune of 2 grand and now the distributor
claims they can't give us a replacement install disk.
