Very very doubtful. Last I knew, many systems were developed in house,
often by a nurse/doctor looking to get into computing, and then they would
try sell them elsewhere. There was also a huge incidence of site-specific
apps that were useless even in neighbouring hospitals.
That's a few years ago now, so one would hope that they'd be using
systems written by software engineers, not have-a-go amateurs...
