[ILUG] ILUG digest format

Is there a particular reason for the way the ILUG digest contains the
e-mails as attachments, rather than as embeded text similar to what is done
for the CLUG digest?

My guess is that it's due to the fact that the CLUG list is far quieter than
this one.

I think that the format of the CLUG digest makes it easier to do a quick
scan through the messages in the digest.
