Server install no as I have never tested it, but workstation yes.
I actually re-installed my freshly installed hoary box due to
instability issues
-> i.e.: system not shutting down properly, missing dependencies (easily
resolved, but still).

Last night I even downloaded FC4 to replace it. The main reason being lilo
refusing to let me boot any other distro/kernel/OS other than the kernel thats
currently running. No amount of modding lilo.conf and re-running lilo changes
it. I then tried replacing it with grub, only to be totally confused as to why
grub has no config files? Whats that all about? I dont seem to remember that
being the case in the previous installation.

The last time I ran hoary I had none of these issues, and it was on the same
machine!!!

Suffice to say that I am nuking it tonight in favour of FC4. Or I'll google a
bit ;-0

Regards
Conor.
