If you purchased the support for RH, you can use 'up2date'.
i.e.
up2date install package
If you did not pay for the licence, you can use yum
i.e.
yum install package

I am unsure if this is possible with up2date, however with yum,
yum groupinstall "Kernel Development Tools"
will install them for you.
