"Pluto", up on Dorset street, next to The Celtic Motorbike shop is one
I'd recommend. Not sure if he's got Tux on his books, but bring a
drawing of what you want to get, and he'll do it for you.
"Pluto" has been around the world on his Harley, making a living on his
art alone. He's a very good artist, and is very particular with keeping
things above board, and having a nice and clean work space.
Highly recommended.
