Carlow, Technical Support / Systems Administrator

large and small. We are currently expanding our team in our Carlow offices.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Excellent vocabulary and communication skills
* Knowledge of *nix and windows, including networking and security.
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple calls
* Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
* Dependable, discreet, polite, and high energy
* Scripting Skills in Perl/bash (shell) and/or PHP would be an added bonus
Your responsibilities will include:
. Administration of Linux, FreeBSD and Windows servers providing
internet services like email, web and DNS, using software such as Apache,
IIS, Sendmail, Bind, Tomcat and MS SQL Server.
. You will also assist in the development and implementation of key
services and design of systems and network infrastructure.
. Support on-going product & service development activities
. Dealing with day to day customer support issues via our helpdesk and
answering support calls
