Indeed, it's a plus point sometimes, knowing that most windows users 
would have zero clue how on how to edit a PDF.

Give them a selection of docs:

- ASCII
- PDF
- PS
- HTML

If they can't cope with at least one of those, they have deeper 
problems, their tough luck.
