While I would support giving more prominence to the "planet" your
stipulation with regard to the content of the blogs is far too
restrictive. If you have a glance over some of the more prominent OSS
"planets" you'll see that while there maybe a higher concentration of
"tech" posts there is also a healthy level of non-tech content.
