There are quite a few companies that do t-shirts and other clothing for
the corporate gift / promo market. The only problem is that you need to
order 100+ at a time to make it anyway viable. The other option is to
use one of the "made to order" services, such as Spreadshirt (see
http://blacknight.ie/custom_t-shirts.0.html)
