Not at the moment, what it said is that there were faults in the 
translation. The proposed law attacked on the "file sharing" aspect.
I suppose the thing to do is ask if anyone with good translation skills 
out there can have a look at the .fr.html version of the link and see 
where it disagrees with the english transation.
